Bright as a Button Signing Sessions - Terms and Conditions

Bright as a Button Sessions are a space for you and your child to have fun, learn and explore together.

Child Supervision

- Parents must remain with their child/children at all times, the sessions are teacher led but parents are responsible for their own child/children during the session.

- The sessions are designed to be fun for you and your child\children. To ensure everyone gets the most out of the class please keep chatter during songs and teaching time to a minimum.

Booking Sessions

- Sessions are bookable on the website www.brightasabutton.co.uk

-Missed sessions are non refundable, it is at the teachers discretion as to whether missed sessions due to illness can be 'rolled-over' to the next session/ course of sessions.

-On the rare occurrence that sessions are cancelled by me, I will reschedule the lesson, or refund the session completely (depending on available hall space)

Photography

- Parents are welcome to take photographs of their own children during the Phonics sessions.

- Any photographs taken which include other members of the class must not be uploaded to any social media accounts or shared with others.

- Photographs taken by the teacher in the session will be stored privately and only used for marketing purposes if the parents have given consent.

Venue

- The venue will be checked by the teacher to ensure there are no hazards.

- If you notice anything that needs attention in the hall, please bring it to the teachers attention immediately so it can be dealt with.

Resources

- All resources will be checked by the teacher before each session.

- If you notice anything broken or damaged during the session, please remove it, where possible, and bring it to the attention of the teacher.

- Resources are provided by the teacher, please ensure your child uses them safely as not to cause damage to the resources or harm to themselves or another member of the group.
